  • The Coast LA cannot guarantee that jewelry will not experience wear over time — this is normal for plated jewelry.

We reserve the right to adjust prices, promotions, and discounts at any time without prior notice.

5) Shipping & fulfillment

Orders typically take 2–3 business days to process.

U.S. standard shipping usually arrives within 3–5 business days after fulfillment.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.


6) Returns, exchanges & warranty

  • We do not offer refunds on orders, but we provide a 30-day limited warranty for items with manufacturing defects or signs of unusually fast wear.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, accidental breakage, or water/chemical exposure.
