Jewelry Warranty Policy

 

We want you to love your pieces as much as we do! Each item is carefully designed and crafted, and we stand by the quality of our jewelry.

 

Warranty Coverage:

We offer a 7-day limited warranty from your purchase date. This covers any manufacturing defects — such as broken clasps, loose stones, or plating that fades unusually fast under normal wear. We also have a 3-month extended warranty for an extra $5 (add to cart before checkout ) 

 

What’s Not Covered:

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• sweat, perfume, or chemical exposure

• Accidental damage or misuse

• Lost items

 

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

If you experience an issue within 7 days:

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a clear photo of the item.

2. Once reviewed, we’ll replace or repair your piece — or offer store credit if the item is no longer available.

 

Care Reminder:

To make your jewelry last, keep it dry, store it in a cool place, and avoid contact with lotions or sprays.
